We accept card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card and our payment processors (Stripe, Apple Pay and Paypal) will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Delivery Schedule - Most orders are received within 2-3 working days. If you require urgent delivery, please get in touch via phone or email. Anything requiring knitting post order is subject to yarn availability and on average takes 5 to 10 working days to knit before posting, with 7-12 working days for cardigans.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the UK, and shipments MAY be subject to import taxes or VAT, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Duty is not payable on our products as they are single origin, Scottish made products, but there may be a small releasement fee from couriers alongside your countries VAT.


We charge the same competitive GBP base price internationally to all countries. However the UK base price has been significantly lowered so that inclusive of VAT it comes to the same price as the International price, which we keep highly competitive still for our International customers.

EU customers post-Brexit are fully responsible for any tax incurred / releasement fee upon the purchased item’s entry into their country if they do not choose the ‘Duty and Customs Paid’ delivery option at checkout. Bosie LTD is NOT liable to pay this for you. We have reduced our base price significantly to accommodate this change for our EU customers. Any refusal to pay the tax once the item is in your country will be considered breach of contract and we will deduct any costs for return of goods refused from your refund.By ticking the T&C box at checkout you are agreeing to take full responsibility for import charges incurred. Selecting the option ‘Duty and Customs paid WILL stop any charges and inconvenience upon the items entrance into your EU Country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

You may return your purchase of by notifying Bosie Knitwear by email at orders@bosie.co within 14 days of recorded receipt and then posting to the address stated below WITHIN 14 days of notifying us. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached and in good condition. The garments must also not have any unpleasant aroma. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Bosie Knitwear reserve the right not to accept their return. Bosie Knitwear will refund your purchase price to you in full within 14 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Damaged goods should be returned directly to us without delay immediately upon receipt. The cost of returning goods will be covered by the customer and we strongly advise returning items via a trackable shipping method. Please note we can clearly identify and distinguish when an item has been deliberately damaged and when there is a genuine fault in the knitting.

You may return your purchase of stock goods within 14 days of recorded receipt of goods by notifying Bosie Knitwear by email within this period and then posting to the address stated below WITHIN 14 days of notifying us. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached and in good condition. The cost of returning goods will be covered by the customer and we strongly advise returning items via a trackable shipping method. If International customers have acquired a DHL returns label emailed from us, the return shipping will be subtracted from the refund.

We have strict quality control methods prior to shipment but we do request that all customers check their items immediately upon receipt and any damaged or flawed goods should be communicated to us with a photograph within two days of receipt and returned directly to us without delay and while the garment is new. We MUST receive the item back so we can inspect the issue to avoid any other occurrences. In the case of an item being received new and with a fault we will refund return shipping immediately upon receipt of the faulty item and we will then also refund the order in full or replace depending on the customers choice. Please note we can clearly identify and distinguish when an item has been deliberately damaged or stretched due to too small a fit and when there is a genuine fault in the knitting.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can be absolutely sure the items get returned to us and so you can track the status of your return shipment. We can not refund goods that go missing on return.

Privacy Policy – Bosie Knitwear do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
