Returns & Exchanges



You may cancel your purchase of stock or knit to order goods within 24 hours of your order being placed by notifying Bosie Knitwear by email. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.

You may return your purchase of stock goods within 10 days of recorded receipt of goods by notifying Bosie Knitwear by email within this period and then posting to the address stated below. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached and in good condition. The garments must also not have any unpleasant aroma. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Bosie Knitwear reserve the right not to accept their return. Bosie Knitwear will refund your purchase price to you in full within 30 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Damaged goods should be returned directly to us without delay immediately upon receipt. The cost of returning goods will be covered by the customer and we strongly advise returning items via a trackable shipping method. Please note we can clearly identify and distinguish when an item has been deliberately damaged and when there is a genuine fault in the knitting.

Exchanges: You can swap an item if it is unused or unworn for up up to 3 weeks and you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Any Knit To Order items are size exchange-only with agreement at checkout prior to purchase (knit to order transactions will not go through unless this is agreed to via the tickbox), as specified clearly in our Terms and Conditions shown prior to acceptance and customer confirmation before checkout. This is due to the costs involved in knitting a garment to individual colour order which often involves particular / obscure yarn procurement.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can be absolutely sure the items get returned to us and so you can track the status of your return shipment. We can not refund goods that go missing on return.
